• Where the rehab does not require major structural additions / changes from the original blueprint of the house (such as adding walls or levels)

• Where the property is greater than 1,000 sq. ft.

• Where the property is located in a non-rural area

• Where the property does not have significant meth, mold or fire damage

• Where the property does not have significant foundation or truss problems

• Where the property does not require more than $75,000 in repairs
