Co-founded by Allen Lloyd and Charles Brooks in 2018 to pursue residential real estate investment opportunities, Advalcore, Inc. acquires, arranges financing, manages and exits investments in NY, NJ, PA, GA and MD.

Our value-added strategy seeks to acquire existing properties that demonstrate the proposition for value creation through targeted and efficiently managed rehab and renovation.  We recognize that transnational speed and efficiency is key to successful Real Estate Investing.

Through the firm's extensive network and strategic relationships, Advalcore is able to quickly identify opportunities that capitalize on market dislocation or under-served niches in order to generate superior risk-adjusted returns.  

Led by experienced professionals, Advalcore is able to create cross-functional teams which monitor and manage assets from the initial acquisition to the ultimate disposition. 

Each project is managed on a stand-alone basis, where the sole purpose is to create value and preserve profitability on an asset level.  Based on extensive operational knowledge, detailed information and tracking systems, along with the expertise of the management staff, Advalcore is able to drive superior performance and operating efficiencies to create and preserve cost savings.
